Girls concert trip

My mom set up this room for my friends and I. We were going to a concert. Because we are young, 20 and 21, many hotels dont like accomodating us because they think, well that we are young and irresponsible. We were treated kindly and with respect. Thank you.

I Stayed 5 days and 4 nights and Even Though After Several Attempts to Talk with Management the Air Conditioning in My Room Did Not Work the Whole Time i Was There Except for the Very Last Night . Every Time I Went to the Desk to Request it Be Fixed i Was Merely Told We Are Trying to Get it Fixed . It Was Near 80 degrees in My Room my Entire Stay . It Was Cooler in the Hall Way Than it was in My Room , Its Ridiculous to Pay this kind of Money to Stay in a Supposedly Decent Place and then You Can't Even get Decent Service to Fix Any Issues You May Have . But They Didn't Have Any Trouble Taking My Money. But They Definitely Wont Get Any More of it i Can Promise That ... I Am Highly Disappointed in My Choice to Stay at The Double Tree in Bentonville Arkansas . . .

The Hotel is located in a fantastic area for easy access to the State Highway and Major City streets to get you anywhere quickly.The Hotel Staff were very helpful and took care of any need we had.The Hotel was super clean starting from the parking lot and extended into the Hotel lobby and Hallways and Elevators and our room.This is in my top 5 of best Hotel experience I have had in my 56 years of life and Highly recommend the Hotel.

Suite was very musty, no it what we want to smell all night at a 4 star property. Bathroom shower vent was rusty and shower head escutcheon had fallen off pipe. Everything else was AOK.

Hotel has lost its luster. Feels more like a B or C rated hotel not a Hilton affiliated hotel. The rooms need updated desperately. Our shower head was the cheapest plastic you could buy and was leaking to the point it was spraying the ceiling. There are no more perks, such as the executive lounge, drink vouchers. We tried to get a shuttle to a local restaurant but the front desk said they had no driver on a Saturday night. Overall just a mediocre stay at what should have been a little better. I give it a 5 out of 10.

The hotel looked beautiful and clean but had..

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We did experience a few maintenance issues, and in hindsight, we should have requested a room change but chose not to. Overall, the property was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful except for one interaction that was less than positive. The only real inconvenience was leaving the hotel to the left, as traffic in that direction was often heavy.
