Other than being close to where the medical appointments were, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The employees, other than the maintenance guy, were rude and not helpful. To start at check i - because we booked through a 3rd party they would not honor a sr. discount so I didn't even ask about getting my points. Upon entry to the room, the GM was checking the room. She only caught that the light in the bathroom was out, when the maintenance guy showed up that afternoon to fix it, I showed him the sink. He said he would return the following day, which he did. When he arrived I advised him that the TV was only in spanish and was dark and not watchable, the AC unit didn't cool. He fixed them all and he also changed the light in the refrigerator. THEN, at 3am the fire alarm goes off - we finally get back in the hotel at 4am and it goes off again at 430 and doesn't go off. We went and slept in the car but you could still hear the alarm. I checked out at 9am and it was still going off. I asked for a refund and told that because I went through a 3rd party to book it, the answer would have to come from their corporate offices and they took my name and number. I have yet to hear from them. They have until Monday, and I'll call the attorney. There is no reason at all that they could not have disconnected/disabled the water motor gong on the sprinkler system to silence the alarm and do a fire watch, they refused. I want a refund for both nights!
