Communication & Check-in was good. The guest information referenced a lockbox with keys, but we never located one. As mentioned in other reviews, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the bike storage was appreciated. Unfortunately, many of the issues noted in past reviews were still present, which left the impression that guest feedback isn’t being fully appreciated. These concerns are Ant infestation in the kitchen – we couldn’t leave anything out, which was very challenging since we used the kitchen for many of our meals. There was a limited supply of cooking, eating, and serving utensils and no cutting board, The sponge provided was used and dirty. Bathroom – there was no towel holder or bath mat, which made the tub slippery and somewhat unsafe. While the space was generally clean, areas like under the beds, bedside tables, and other less visible surfaces could use more thorough attention. Patio door – no window covering for privacy or to block light. Outdoor area – the enclosed yard looked unkempt, the grill was dirty, and the outdoor chairs were broken. While none of these issues warranted reaching out during our stay—especially since many have been noted in reviews over the years—we expected a better-maintained house based on the listing & cost. I see that many guests have left positive ratings, and I’m glad they have had those experiences. However, in good conscience, and based on our expectations, we could not give a higher rating for this unit

This was my fourth stay at this location and as usual, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner continues to add touches to the house which make it more enjoyable. The location is perfect for enjoying the downtown restaurants and is near bike trailheads.

Great location in town, walkable

Amazing location in town, walkable to downtown square, restaurants, galleries. Bikeable to many of the major trail systems. 5 stars on location and the house.4 stars due to a few issues we had in the rental; the house is typically really well stocked for guests with everything you would need. We were missing a few necessities that were in the listing, but host was responsive to our outreach. Two major items for us - the garage door immediately broke the first time we tried to open it to store our bikes in the garage. Not having direct access to the garage made storing our bikes cumbersome - just ended up taking them inside. And there was an ant problem in the kitchen that we battled throughout our stay. I reached out to the host, who said they would get us some ant glue to put down but never actually received it. Hopefully these two issues are addressed, and then this is the absolute perfect spot!

Perfect Location

It was the perfect location for where all of my go-to places were. The only critique I have is that the wifi info in the bider wasn't up to do and some places in the binder that was recommended were no longer open/available. Other than that all the important big stuff (cleanliness, location, etc.) all on point and communication with property manager was super easy and efficient! We had a great stay! Thanks again!

Awesome location!

We traveled with friends (two couples in total) and were very comfortable in this home. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in until we left! Being able to walk from the house to local shops and restaurants, as well as The Momentary, made this a perfect spot for our group. Don’t hesitate to book!
