Holiday:
The approx. 40m ² apartment for 2-3 people over two floors consists of a separate entrance, a living room with radio and cable TV, a separate mini kitchen with 2-ring ceramic hob and mini oven and a dining area, a bedroom with Double bed on the upper floor, accessible via space-saving spiral staircase, a bathroom with shower and toilet (on the ground floor), a sun terrace with garden furniture and a parking space in the garden. A drying area is also available.  

In the heart of the island of Ruegen in Bergen, you will find our house and our apartment, centrally located, yet remote in a nice residential area. The market of our small city can be reached in 3 minutes. There you will find the Marienkirche, the cloister, boutiques, cafes and restaurants with breakfast options. You live in the immediate vicinity of a large forest area with an observation tower, open-air theater, climbing forest, summer toboggan run, mini golf and children's playground, and trails to small Jasmund. The famous festival are just 5 km away from us.   In the house is an occupancy for 8 people (7 adults and 1 child up to 2 years) possible, but only for max 2-3 nights, so you feel comfortable as a guest in our house.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Viel zu schön, um wahr zu sein und trotzdem ist die Bude mein.
Wer sich hier über diese schöne Unterkunft negativ meldet, sollte eher zuhause bleiben. Vom Ort selber: tolle Lage, extrem ruhig und trotzdem per pedes in fünf Minuten am Markt. Gastgeber superfreundlich, Gartenbereich eine grüne Oase. Man bekommt kein Heimweh und würde gern länger bleiben. Die besagte Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Hindernis. Gäste mit Übergewicht, Senioren oder kleinen Kindern, haben hier Probleme. In der Beschreibung fehlen die Küchenutensilien, der Toaster, Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine. Ist aber alles vorhanden. Der kleine Hinweis zum Energiesparen wird eventuell einigen Gästen nicht gefallen, aber das ist nun mal so. Daheim wird doch auch immer darauf geachtet. Ich würde als Vermieter die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wegfallen lassen, um den Superpreis für diese Unterkunft halten zu können. Die Blümchen kosten auch Geld. Das sieht nicht jeder! LG aus Sachsen und wir haben schon weitererzählt ...

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Vor allem war die Wohnung sauber. Die hier so oft erwähnte Treppe war für uns kein Problem, nur gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in dieser Wohnung gebucht und waren zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung ist etwas kleiner als die die wir bisher immer gebucht haben, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend und vor allem sauber. Unterer Bereich Bad mit WC und ebenerdiger Dusche, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, kleines Wohnzimmer In der Küche war ein kleiner Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster vorhanden und ansonsten auch ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war für mich die Wendeltreppe in die obere Etage (Schlafzimmer) aber nach ein paar Probegängen war es ok. :) Wir können die Wohnung auch weiterempfehlen…eben klein aber fein. Stadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen

Rundum zufrieden
Es ist eine kleine, sehr nett eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Personen. Eine Belegung mit 3 Personen ist möglich. Wird dann aber sehr eng. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Stadt. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit allen sehr zufrieden.
