What a great hotel! Completely central, charming and with excellent service. Special mention to Thomas who made our stay so simple and memorable. Breakfast was amazing - fresh and full of tasty options. We’d recommend it to anyone!

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and eager to be of assistance. The free breakfast was amazing. It was so good I videoed it and sent to family and friends. The only complaint would be that our room was small, but it used the limited space really well.

Great small hotel in perfect location, a few mins walk from main tourist area by the wharf and a 10 min walk from the train station. The bathroom design is a little odd but I knew that before picking this hotel based on the pictures, and it worked out just fine! Big nice breakfast buffet.

Very uncomfortable and small bed. Not a queen size, barely a full. No air conditioning, very loud room overlooking the Main Street. Small room, little privacy with the bathroom in the room. Was charged money for bringing a Service dog! First time in my life. Good breakfast. That is pretty much it. Many more better options in Bergen.

This hotel was close to everything. Close to the rail that takes you to and from the airport. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options. Small fridge, kettle in the room with tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that some might have a problem with is that there is no door between the room and bathroom and there were no window that you can look outside, only floor to ceiling glass that was frosted. Overall I would definitely stay there again. I felt very safe as a female traveler.

Poorly designed boutique hotel.

This is an idiosyncratically designed boutique hotel. If you like black and purple decor you’ll love it. The room on one side have translucent glass windows. They let in light but you can’t see out. Main problem is that they don’t open. Combine this with a woefully inadequate AC system and the rooms are uncomfortably hot. We were loaned a small fan which helped a little. Not much thought has been given to the practicalities of hotel life. The shower and toilet have translucent glass doors which open on to the main room. As the shower door didn’t close properly this meant that water went all over the bedroom floor. Not a comfortable stay and I can’t recommend it.
