Immaculate Newly Renovated 1 Bedroom Apt Near NYC

Located in the heart of Northern NJ, Bergen County. 15 Minutes to NYC!

This beautifully renovated basement apartment with its modern chic décor has everything you need: a brand-new functional kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and a two-burner hot plate for my creative chefs! Complimentary coffee, tea, & creamer will be provided.

Our airy apartment was beautifully decorated for function and comfort for weary travelers, adventurers, and families. It is situated on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street, in a lovely residential area, away from the commotion, but close enough to all the popular spots.

From the comfortable sectional sofa to the memory foam queen size mattress in your bedroom, you will have plenty of options to curl up with our fur throws and enjoy a good book or some Netflix! You will find a beautifully decorated living room and bedroom, each with large Smart TVs, for you to connect to your own online streaming media accounts, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a designated dining area, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal, 4 industrial style bar stools included.

The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser with plenty of draws, a standalone clothing rack, with hangars, and two shelves for other items, and a new Smart TV. The ironing board is located on the back of the bedroom door, and your iron is in the armoire outside of the bedroom. You will also have a full-length mirror to see how fabulous you are!

The bathroom shower is a standing shower, with a light motion sensor light located in the stall for added safety. You will be provided some shower essentials as well!

There is a designated office space for effortless remote work, which includes a large sit down/stand up desk, sturdy office chair, dual monitors you can connect to your laptop, and a wireless printer.

You will also have the convenience of on-site washer and dryer, detergent included.

There’s space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. We will provide an air mattress and pump, and the 4th person can be accommodated on the large comfortable couch.

Entire private apartment. The “self-check-in” entrance to the private basement suite is separate from the entire house and includes private parking in the driveway. Street parking is available as well. You are welcome to enjoy the basketball hoop as well!

NYC is a quick 15-minute ride! 20-minute drive to the American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium, home of the NY Giants & NY Jets, 15-minute drive to Garden State Plaza Mall.

Conveniently located within minutes to to all major highways, 5 major hospitals, including Englewood Medical Center, Holy Name Hospital, & Hackensack University Medical Center, as well as local university, Farleigh Dickinson University.

NJ Transit Train Station is a 10-minute ride away, in nearby Oradell and River Edge. 10 minutes away from ALL major highways including Route 17, Route 80, Route 46, Route 4, and Garden State Parkway, & NJ Turnpike.

10 minutes to upscale Riverside Square mall. 10 minutes from the upscale-downtown Englewood area. Enjoy some of our fine dining and browse some of our local boutiques.

Birthday Trip

This place was everything that was described and so much more. A quiet neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants just 5 minutes away! The space had literally everything I needed. Things I didn’t even think to bring with me was there. It was nice and cozy. I felt right at home. And Stephanie was absolutely amazing!! I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in the area.

Just What We Wanted!

A small, quiet, clean, cool space! The basement apartment with A/C was a lifesaver during a heatwave. Modern accents and fully furnished... we had everything we needed for three adult family members. The host, Stephanie, communicated very well and her added touches to make us feel welcome were much appreciated. Close to NYC and many attractions. I highly recommend this rental if you are visiting the NYC/northern NJ area.

Just right distance from NYC and all of its traffic. Loved the private parking as well. Host has communicated well with us throughout the whole trip and the apartment is just as described on the listing. We will be staying here again!

Safe place to stay

The place had everything we needed. The parking was excellent, to enter basement was straight forward. Im 6'1 so going down the stairs i needed to watch my head. Wife said her side of bed was lumpy, my side was comfy. Be aware that there's no stove fir those who would like one. We knew that from description,, just information only. The loud hard walking was to much for our liking. Even when I take my hearing aides out it's loud. It's everyday when ever the person moves around above the basement. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Wifi, tv, work really well. Other then the loud walking, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Stephanie's rental to go to a Bills vs Jets game and visit NYC. The rental was easy to find and access, and was immaculately clean and really cozy. Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed and responded immediately to any questions we had. The location of the rental was great too. Easy access to the Meadowlands, train system and roads for quick trips into the city. I definitely recommend this stay, and Stephanie really sets the bar high for hosts! Thank you and go Bills!!

My experience

The property definitely looks as it does in the pictures. The property was very clean & smelled wonderfully. The host had snacks & refreshments stocked which was nice. Pros- the bnb is in a great location, close to stores & restaurants. The host is extremely friendly & responds to any inquiry quickly. I was cold & informed her & she immediately brought down a space heater which I appreciated and did the job. She has plenty supplies stocked down to an extra iPhone charger if your left yours home which is nice. Cons- I didn’t realize that the property was a basement property with the host living above. Upon arrival I was greeted to the barking of the dogs upstairs, I was also awaken at 6am when they began their day & I could hear the back & forth above my head. Also I felt a little uneasy being that directly off the basement stairs is the door to the top house, the owner has the ability to lock you out but you have no protection if they wanted to come down at any given moment. I checked in late & didn’t initially meet the host & I was a little scared going to sleep not knowing if anyone could or would come down at any moment with no door or anything to lock. After meeting the host I seen she was female & very friendly so that did make me feel better. Had I known it was a basement property with the host living above I probably wouldn’t have booked being that I booked for a girls sleepover & I know how sound travels through houses like that & I knew we would be a little loud. However the host was very nice & even when we got a lil loud after quiet hrs she was understanding & forgiving. Overall I had a good experience, the host was amazing & the property is as described
