Great place but next to city train - if need to open windows this would be a noisy place to stay - just an fyi as we did not know - again great place and price

The location of the property was brilliant, being right next to the S-Bahn station made travel very simple but was rather loud when trying to get to sleep at night.

It’s not a bad place if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep. It convenient because it’s super close to the train station however, if you’re a light sleeper this may not be a pro for you. The cleanliness of the shower was not great. The shower drain was clogged. I visited here in September and the room was hot and they provided fans but they didn’t work very well. Also, this area of Berlin isn’t the nicest. Many locals say it’s “unsafe”…im from the US so I’ve been to sketchier places but if you wanna feel “super safe” than consider a different part of Berlin.

Too noisy every minut train, no towel, no elevator, no Aircondition it was extremly hot. No parking. Smell hashish everywhere. Not for family.

Das Zimmer war groß und hell, Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen. Durch die direkte Nähe am Bahnhof Neukölln ist bei gekipptem Fenster der Zugverkehr sehr laut wahrnehmbar. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Küche mit Herdplatte und Kaffeemaschine. Auswaschen des Geschirr ist im Badezimmer am Waschbecken möglich. Fußweg zum S Bahnsteig 2 Minuten.

An sich alles top aber die Halte Stelle ist Recht laut halt und die Gegend ist nicht die beste .

Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft okay. Leider war die Fußbodenheizung zu warm eingestellt und da die Unterkunft direkt neben der Bahn liegt, konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, da es sonst zu laut war.

I thought tha apartment was very well connected to the U-bahn and the S-bahn lines. Despite being close to the S-bahn line and on a street, it turned out to be very quiet at night thanks to the good windows. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets and although it can look a bit dangerous in the evening, I had no problems whatsoever
