Super friendly staff, conveniently located, very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated hotel! I would stay here again on the next visit to Berlin! It was a little noisy facing the courtyard with birds chirping at all hours and some street noise that was picked up. But overall, a very pleasant stay!

What we liked about our stay was we had a quiet room in the middle looking out to a court yard. The back door of the building came out on to a road beside a canal and there was a pleasant walk over the bridge into a small park area. You might easily miss this as the main door has a bus terminus and an underground on the street making it easy to get anywhere. We made use of the 3 Zone transport pass which gave us travel from the airport by train and use of all the busses and underground. 52€ for 7 day.

Arrived late and tired, reception looked after us with check in very well. U2 station right outside hotel with easy links all over berlin via Alexanderplatz 2 stops away. Nice walks along river and to Brandenburg Gate and museums nearby. Room cleaned upon request. Nice small gym and a sauna at no extra cost. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well managed and the staff are friendly and courteous. An underground station is located only a few minutes from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

Great quiet location yet easy access and a short walk to a good selection of restaurants. Walked to check point charlie (waste of time). Breakfast was sensational and the rooms well painted plus the shower had great pressure.

We booked a four night stay in Berlin using Tesco vouchers - it was fantastic value. The hotel was lovely and very convenient. We arrived on my birthday, so staff had decorated my bed and left chocolates and little cakes. It made my day extra special. Dominique on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
