Crowne Plaza did not disappoint once again. The hotel is conveniently situated to most attractions. Dining at the restaurant Layla was an absolutely amazing experience in terms of fine dining. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially Lucas at the reception. Thank you for recognising my IHG membership and upgrading us which made spending Christmas in Berlin even better for us. Highly recommended.

Very open and spacious hotel We were upgraded to a premium room which was a lovely surprise Thecroom was spacious and modern - great bathroom with bath and separate shower. Crisp bedding and soft comfy pillows Great breakfast! Only disappointment was that in such a huge hotel there was no pool - not even a jacuzzi to go with the sauna and steam room..
