WOHNUNG OHNE FLAIR
Ich kann leider nicht viel positiv über diese Wohnung schreiben. Zuerst ist die Wohnung sehr karg und lieblos eingerichtet. Kaum Bilder, die Stühle vom Esstisch erinnern an die Stühle meiner Schule vor 50Jahre! Im Inserat stand als Einrichtung ein Schreibtisch aber kein Schreibtisch da. Es sollte auch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden sein: keine Mikrowelle vorhanden! Die Nespresso Maschine hat nicht gut funktionniert. Das Wasser lief aus und es war mehr Wasser daneben als in der Tasse...Der Hammer war dass wir zuerst kein Warmwasser in der Dusche hatten! Erst nachdem ich telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen habe (auf schriftliche Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert) wurde es rasch und sauber repariert! Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wir könnten jede Schritte über uns hören und im Treppenhaus. Zum Schluß möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gebaut wird und das bedeutet also: Lärm ab 7:00 morgen!
