The coffee/tea machine in the room was not working and staff were unable to resolve to our satisfaction. Otherwise, the room was great, the facilities were good and the location was good for both buses and the rail links.

Great reception staff. Checked in pre 3pm and very grateful for that. Lots of stuff to do indoors. Pretty central ish if your not afraid of a 30min walk to most popular places. Breakfast had a good selection and staff very efficient. Would defo choose this hotel again. Well done!

Lovely hotel - one of the best I stayed

Pleasantly surprised on how mordern and stylish the place was. It is enormous and complete with a lovely lobby area, very lively and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and beds were super comfy, clean and sparking new. The breakfast was very complete with plenty options for healthy, vegan, cooked, hearty - it kept me full the whole day whilst sightseeing - Excellent value for money. Overall me and my family loved the hotel and would come back without thinking.

After long time,bad experience in a premier hotel

On order to Digitalise..they have forgotten the human touch. No one tells how to connect to their WiFi. The Wifi network is terrible in rooms and corridor ( atleast on 2nd Floor) and you get disconnected with the world if you cannot connect your mobile and computer with Wifi easily and then the service staff expects you to 'come to us downstairs ' if you want to solve your issue. The Rooms are difficult to search . It seems as if the staff and management never asked their own relatives or friends to stay in their own hotel and never were aware of basic requirements and amenities at time of CHECKING IN. YES, BREAKFAST MENU WAS GOOD!

A really lovely stay with a metro within a 5 minute walk. Great shower, very comfortable bed, and the bar is a nice place to sit and sample some of Germany's finest
