Christmas Market Holiday and Family Visit
Overall, excellent venue conveniently located to underground, and stores and shops. Excellent breakfast buffet with many selections. Overall a good value for the price. Staff was very helpful, including Jens, and young Romanian man at desk. My luggage was delayed, staff was very sympathetic. Room and bathroom were very clean, although some of the furnishings in room showed minor wear and tear. Hall rugs outside room were a bit worn. But definitely could overlook that. Mostly quiet neighborhood but there was a man screaming outside my first night there. Thankfully, that didn’t last beyond the first of 8 nights.

Perfect hotel. Booked tower suite with access to executive lounge for a weeks holiday. More like an apartment. Mega buffet breakfast. Room was serviced dailly and well cleaned.only 2 mins walk from 2 different subway stations so access to the full city is only a subway ride.

Great hotel
Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and attentive; they even apologised for giving me a room on the first floor (which was absolutely not needed because the room was amazing anyways). This will be my hotel choice everytime I go back to Berlin.
