This apartment sleeps 2 comfortably in a 160×200 cm double bed with two separate mattresses and duvets. A sofa bed (80×200 cm) is available for a third guest, best suited for a child.

You’re in Prenzlauer Berg, one of Berlin’s most popular neighborhoods, known for cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and small shops. The S‑Bahn & Tram (Prenzlauer Allee) are just 800 m away, making it easy to reach Alexanderplatz, Mitte, and the airport.

The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes access simple after a long day in the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a washing machine + dryer, which many guests appreciate for longer stays.

There is no TV, but Wi‑Fi is available for your devices.

The kitchen and dining area have less natural light — typical for Berlin Altbau ground floors.

Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered 1 week prior to your arrival.

PARKING
Paid public parking available on the street in front of the apartment. Free public street parking is available roughly 700 meters away.

EASY ACCESS
The apartment is located on the ground floor, only one step from street level.

DOCUMENTS
If you are a foreign national we need copies of the passports / IDs of every person who will be staying in the apartment. This is due to § 29 - Bundesmeldegesetz (BMG).

The documents and information are collected by us using a Pre-Check In tool from chargeautomation. In the course of the Pre-Check In you also have possibility to pay the City Tax.

MONITORING
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant.
