Wonderful property. I highly recommend the Juinior suite. It was huge. The only downside was that you cant see the tv from the bed and can only view from it from the couch.

NH Collection Stadtmitte

A premier hotel perfectly located in Stadtmitte in Berlin. This hotel goes a long way on service and comfort. The front desk staff is first rate and the rooms are very modern and very comfortable. The proximity to the U6 subway is a true bonus.

We had a lovely 6 night stay in the NH Collection Berlin Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie. It is in the perfect location, close to the underground and top tourist sites. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was well equipped with all necessary toiletries. Free WiFi was available throughout the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great time here and would definitely stay here again.

Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!

The staff didnt speak english very well. They were rude also in all positions The food was horrible and way overpriced. The location wasnt the greatest, dirty and homeless people sleeping outside the hotel. There was a plumbing problem in the shower, water everywhere. Drain was in the center of the shower area and the cap kept coming off leaving a huge 3 inch hole. Told the front desk, someone comes up, didnt understand what the problem was as she didnt speak english. She thought it was funny and motioned to put a towel down. It was never fixed. I had to shower carefully as not to fall from putting my foot in the hole! I will never go back and I recommend never to use this hotel as you will leave unhappy, disapointed and knowing you wasted your money.

Modern near everything!

Good location near an Underground so getting around Berlin was easy. The hotel provided complimentary toothbrushes, paste, razor, shave cream… nice touches. Very modern hotel, would stay again.
