Were sent to a different hotel and the staff were not polite or understanding didn’t get to have any where near as many amenities as expected and rooms in the new hotel were unclean. We were only informed of the change upon arrival and were not given any support with it.

Absolute shame!!! No hot water, unclean rooms with previous guests rubbish and dirty laundries in the rooms and dirty towels. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because of unsuitable and unsafe rooms.

The furniture in the room was absolutely battered, with one of the bedside tables missing a handle, we only had one lamp, and the shower was extremely poorly designed- the head would move by itself to spray the entire bathroom with water when on. We completely lacked amenities and the staff were rude. The drawers of the desk in the room were filled with plastic waste?? Which was there the second we entered. Yes, the wifi is free, but it is also awful.

My first room smelled like cigarettes so I changed rooms but the second room smelled weird. I left the window open and that got rid of the smell. Also the design of the shower is pretty bad, it’s easy to get the whole floor wet.

I asked for a double bed I got two single beds pushed together the duvet was so small it should've been a child single duvet. I'm 6 foot two and the beds felt small. The bathroom great great shower toilet sink always warm in there perfect the elevator as I was moving into it The door started to close fast trapping my arm the staff were perfect nice and friendly but do yourself a favour guys stay somewhere else

Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you.

The place is in TERRIBLE condition. Mold in the bathroom, stained carpet, curtains not having properly, dirty walls, and rusted radiator. Could hear upstair guest walk around and the creak in their bed. Location is good to subway but not worth it. If staying here, bring eye mask and ear plugs.

Aceptable debido a su buena ubicación

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de tren, hay variedad de restaurantes cerca y su personal es muy atento, te dejan guardar las maletas antes del check in, lo que no está bien es que depende de la habitación que estes se escucha el ruido del tráfico y las alfombras de las habitaciones tienen manchas.
