Very convenient location in a nice area. The double beds are rather small, and the rooms were tight - but very quiet and totally blackout curtains so it was very easy to sleep. Soaps in the shower were nice, room was a comfy temperature Overall it was fine

Good for short trips

We had comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and hotel is in great locations, next to a station. Room and bathroom were clean. Overall with happy, we didn't need anything more.

Great spot. Accommodations were wonderful with a very spacious and comfortable room. Close to transportation making getting around the city very easy. Great stay.

This was a great location with so many nearby restaurants and attractions. The last day the elevator was out, not super convenient, but things happen that are out of control. We didn’t like that parking was at a different location off of the property. The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable.

Good place to stay

I like the hotel. I stayed there before. Good location, a friendly staff, good location, a lot of places to eat around, next to bus stop to Central station. The room was good. Quiet.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the location was super handy. I stayed there for the Berlin marathon, and it was easy to hop on public transport since it was right outside. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy enough. But, my room was on the top floor, and the elevator only went to the fifth floor. I had to climb the stairs to get to my room. After running a marathon, that's something I would have preferred to skip. I wasn't told about that beforehand.

Convenient for tourist attractions. Clean and plenty of space in our room. However the room became too warm in the mornings. Coffee/tea should be complimentary as in other hotels i stayed this trip. Check in/check out took too long, seemed under staffed.

We had arrived the the hotel and checked in and taken up to our room, upon arrival at our room we were told that we would get our room key in the morning due to an issue with key cards, this was not communicated by the person at check in only the person who took us up to our room. As we were only staying one night we never did get our room key as we checked out first thing in the morning. The room was spacious and fairly clean, and the beds comfortable. The road was noisy but blocked out when the windows were closed. There was a minimarket round the corner which was useful and a U2 line station over the road.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was very close to the train stations and lots of great cafes and restaurants around. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was right next to our beds, but other than that it was great.

I got swindled by the blonde girl that works in the afternoon, we were told to pay the city tax as soon as we got there then as we checked out, we had to pay it again. We told them we paid for it when we got there and there was no note of it. We didn’t argue since it was time to go and the receptionist most likely just read what was on the notes. Very inappropriate and very unprofessional, we had a great time around the area but the check out just left a bad taste. Not only that but there was an issue with the toilet paper, had we not had travel wipes then things would have been bad.

We encountered various issues during our stay, which were not satisfactorily resolved despite speaking to staff. We had booked a double room and on check in were directed to a room which was clearly intended only for 1 person (given its size and the fact there was only 1 duvet, 1 pillow, 1 towel). I asked to be moved to a double room, which we were — all good so far. First night’s sleep was bad as the road outside was incredibly noisy, but given the heat the windows needed to be open (no fan/AC). The next day we returned to find housekeeping had not visited & our room key did not work; we got the key sorted but were told housekeeping were gone for the day. The next morning, around 7am, someone came into our room; this happened again at 9.30am. When we asked at reception about this, we were told we shouldn’t even be in the room we were in and should instead be in the tiny single room we’d been initially allocated — there was ongoing work to all the rooms on that floor. The staff were apologetic for someone having come into our room but largely unconcerned; they argued the single room was definitely for two people & didn’t listen to the fact it had been set up for 1. We asked for housekeeping to visit that day. We again returned to find our key card would not work & housekeeping had not visited — when I went to get the key sorted and mention about no housekeeping, the same member of staff from the morning was there and couldn’t have been less interested in trying to help me.
