The Space:

The former commercial unit is centrally located in Berlins most upcoming district Neukölln and was turned into a 1 bedroom apartment with direct street access. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 45 m² there is space for up to 9 people. The bright living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. There is a sleeping area with 2 double beds that is visually separated from the living area. Another bedroom features a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom offers a shower/WC. Explore Berlin like a local and benefit from the size of the apartment and good connections to the city center.

The bustling Karl-Marx-Strasse is just a stone's throw away.

The apartment is located at Sonnenallee with direct access to the street.

Getting Around:

U-Bahn station Karl-Marx-Str. gives you access to underground line U7.



Bus station Hertzbergplatz is your direct line to Schoenefeld airport (SXF).
