Staff could not have been more helpful, extremely polite. The breakfast selection catered for everyone and plenty of choices. The only slight negative is hotel room floor could have done with a thorough clean, dusty in places.

Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz offers the best value to anyone visiting Berlin as a tourist. It's located in an extremely convenient spot with a subway station entrance within a 2-3 minute walk. We had absolutely zero issues and inconvenience getting to the hotel from Berlin Brandenburg Airport when we came to Germany and on our way back. Do not waste money on Uber / Taxicab - public transport in Germany is super clean, safe and convenient. Most major landmarks are within walking distance - we really enjoyed walking to the Museum Island, Brandenburg Gates and Bundestag. There is a nice little mall located 300 meters away (4 minute walk) which has plenty of dining options to explore. You can also buy some snacks and water there if you wish. It became our favorite during a week-long stay. Hotel rooms are super clean and well maintained. Hotel staff is super polite and helpful. The breakfast was worth every penny and is the best hotel breakfast I've seen. This place is a jewel. Will recommend it to all my friends and will stay there myself.

Comfortable accommodations in a great location

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again. The room was very nice. Strong shower. And we really enjoyed the bar both nights we were there. Great bartenders.

very convenient sensible place. great breakfast to set you up for the day! have stayed a couple of times now. perhaps it's getting a bit tired in corridors but room was very crisp tidy. was frustratingly slow to check in - an entire orchestra arrived just before me! could have been better managed, but staff are helpful welcoming.

Clean and new.

Clean and new. Heating and a/c wasn't working first night, so I got - it must be you not knowing what you are doing until the next day I went down and complained and they fixed it.
