Good clean hotel rooms. Across the street from the metro station so its convenient to get into Berlin. Cleaning staff kept on chapping our door to gain entry on the last day early on in the morning...seriously just wait until we are checked out.

Everything as advertised, checked in late because of plane delays, and it wasn’t a problem. Didn’t have a problem with only knowing English. Breakfast was great with a cool view! S-Bahn is literally right outside. Used that to get all around Berlin… very easy!

Room 914 was clean and overall was good but the fridge wasn’t working.Check-in could have been a little quicker-only one lady and quite a queue. Breakfast was good with decent choice and the view was fantastic. Could mention on website/app that Stresow S-bahn was just a stone’s throw away-that would have been particularly helpful for me as I came by train to Spandau and could have got right next to the hotel on the S-Bahn.
