At first glance it was good. But as we began to put things in the rooms, there was dust, cobwebs clinging to bed posts etc. (we cleaned them). The downstairs bathroom was VERY dark, dark tiles in the shower, found it not to be very clean and the faucet pulled from tile. On further inspection, we only found smoke detectors in the kitchen, not in bedrooms. An electric outlet in one of the bedrooms also was pulled away from the wall. The dryer vented into a closet behind the laundry room - probably why the house was so humid and damp. It sleeps 10, but not chairs for 10 to sit for meals, and only 5 glasses for drinking! The spacious living room was good for card games and hanging out, the main upstairs bedroom and bath was nice.

Spacious for larger family

The space was good. The basement where 4 of the bedrooms are had a little musty smell. Decor was a little dusty and house needed a good cleaning and some minor fixes (it was end of summer season) but overall great neighborhood and spacious house for our group of 9 adults and a baby.

There is good and bad to this property. The good things are that the location is great, the house is much larger then it looks and the kitchen is open and great for larger groups. The bad things were that they advertise that they have a bbq grill which is no longer at the property even though the pictures still show it(and vacasa will do nothing to assist with it even though multiple people have told them the grill isn't there), the house has a musty smell to it(we bought air fresheners once we arrived to get the smell out) and the last thing is that the house just is tired and is in need of some newer furniture and desperately needs paint. Overall it's just ok

House had nice lay out for a group of eight. Neighborhood was quite. However, wasn't very clean, we went out and bought rugs for inside the door to keep the floors clean. Also not many kitchen utensils, not even a measuring cup for the coffee pot. Blinds in a couple of the rooms didn't work.

Always a great place

We really enjoy staying at this property! I love that there’s a lot of space. I also think it’s amazing that they have cooking utensils for large families. It was very seamless to make a large meal. I also love the large capacity, washer and dryer. The beds are all comfortable and so is the living room furniture. The location of this place is really great and I really enjoy it. The kids said all weekend long how comfortable this place is!

Golf trip

Inside was clean but outside could use some work. It shouldn't take much to power wash the outside stairs and decks. Except for that I was very satisfied with the property manager. We were also VERY disappointed with the TV options. Really poor selections available to us, including not being able to watch Monday Night Football on ESPN last night.

Large house

We had a family of 5 adults and 1 child. PROS-This house was very spacious, plenty of seating, a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and was within walking distance to the pool (w/splash pad). The other pools weren't too far either. CONS-Basement smelled a little musty and one of the bedrooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The Hot & Cold water lines were reversed on the washing machine. The 2 full bathrooms didn't have any hooks or bars to hang towels. Main bathroom shower curtain had pink slime on the bottom and the sink didn't drain well. Vacuums didn't work well. Microwave was missing the turntable ring. Walls in the downstairs bedroom hallway had lots of dirty hand marks. Some of the windows didn't open (we had some nice weather days and would have liked to open them). The handrails on the deck and the stairs to the firepit were covered in green mold. There wasn't a working light outside on the firepit side. The grill was not usable due to it being rusted. That being said, we enjoyed ourselves but would not go back again to this rental unless the CONS were corrected.

Overall it was a great time. The inside of the house was very nice and clean. The back porch and patio were both very dirty and no furniture. The gas grill was out of propane (which we bought a refill for out of pocket). The grill will not light itself so you have to manually light, but it works now.

Nice for a girls getaway weekend

Pros: Nice community, huge living room & kitchen, plenty of parking. Great master bedroom & bath. 15 minutes from Berlin or Ocean City. Cons: We were not allowed to use the fireplace which we would have enjoyed since we were there in December. Dishwasher was broken and we were not told that until we arrived. Refrigerator continually makes a very loud noise. Musty smell in downstairs area. Lots of stairs. Not enough toilet paper. Bar soap.

weekend stay.

property was clean. i had called vacasa ahead to ensure that a/c was turned on to control the humidity and musty smells that i had read others complained about. We arrived at dark and the house was comfortable and well-lit when we arrived. very welcoming. All the amenities were taken care of, sheets, towels, dishes, etc., so not a worry. I would check the fees as the total is quite a bit more than the daily rate would imply, but we would still stay again.

Big space for family trip

We had a great stay at this house. The open living space was great for hanging out. The only issue we had with the house was the dampness and musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms when we arrived. Tried opening windows to air out and screens were missing. The company put in a work ticket and no one showed until our 3rd day. Other than that, the house was pretty clean.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for our trip with family from afar. We had enough room to have our own areas and a large space to share to come together. We loved the large kitchen where several people could work together to create meals, right next to the open living room so everyone could be involved in the conversations.

Dirty filters, worms and maintenance issues

Had trouble getting into house. Vacasa tried to help but didn’t know how to use electronic either. Mold and worms in showers. All return filters were filthy. Front outdoor light hanging on wires to name a few of the major issues. The beds were comfortable was the best thing in addition to the location that this house had going for it.

Overall a good stay

When we first arrived it was very obvious that the previous occupants had smoked both in and around the property (both were not allowed according to our understanding). It took hours of running the A/C and fans with the windows open to dissipate the smell enough that is was not distracting. The smell persisted for a couple days and was mostly gone by the end of our stay. In addition, there was no place to put full trash bags. The previous occupants put all the trash and recycling in the recycle bin. which was full upon our arrival. We bagged up all the trash from the previous occupants and all our trash so that it could be properly removed and the recycle bin could be used again. The property needs clearly marked instructions for trash and recycling and notifications for when it is picked up. It also needs dedicated trash bins outside. Other than the smoke and the trash issues, the house was great. It is more spacious the it looks online. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would stay here again.
