This uniquely exclusive 3-star apartment (46 sqm) with stucco, parquet floors and its own garden with terrace has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200, a desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances as well as a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, coffee and coffee cream, sugar and basic spices.

The dining area has comfortable seating for 2 people.
The shower bathroom with toilet is equipped with a rung heater, hairdryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

The central heating can be regulated on the heating thermostats.
The windows to the garden and terrace are equipped with roller blinds and external electrical blinds.

Bed linen, towels and WLAN / WiFi are free of charge.

Superbe appartement avec toutes les commoditĂ©s, trĂšs class avec une petite cour privĂ©e trĂšs agrĂ©able. Quartier trĂšs calme. Station de vĂ©los "Call A Bike" ou "Nextcity" Ă  9€ la journĂ©e Ă  300 mĂštres...idĂ©al pour rejoindre le centre historique et visiter Berlin durant 5 jours et comme le quartier est tranquille il y a toujours des vĂ©los disponibles. Attention pour les gens qui veulent faire la fĂȘte et ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© des Night Clubs.... c'est un quartier tranquille rĂ©sidentiel...pour nous c'Ă©tait IdĂ©al.

Nice place to stay in a calm envionment !

With my wife, we stayed three weeks in this appartement. The location is ideal if you want to be in a calm place not too far from the city center. There is no difficulty at all to park a car and the facilities nearby allows to do any morning walk, run or even swim since there is a swimming pool in a green park. The flat is cosy, with a private little garden, which is a great plus !!! Youve got anything you need for a long stay with a TV, WIFI, washing machine, etc. It's very easy to go to any Berlin part, or to go to one of the numerous lac nearby, you can find anything you want at 20 minutes from this location and come back at night for a good rest !

Tolles Appartement! Nicht nur sehr funktional, auch total nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die ausschließlich zur Selbstnutzung im EG-Innenhof angeschlossene Terrasse ist nicht nur fĂŒr Raucher ein echtes Asset mit Mehrwert. FußlĂ€ufig verschiedene ÖPNV-Optionen und Supermarkt gut erreichbar. HBF-NĂ€he war auch fĂŒr An- und Abreise mit dicken Koffern total preisgĂŒnstig mgl. Nette und hilfsbereite "Willkommens-Betreuung". Marginaler Mangel: Die klitzekleine SpĂŒlmaschine hat nicht wirklich gut gespĂŒlt. War aber gar nicht schlimm. Umso wertvoller die Verschattungsmöglichkeiten und die großen Oberlichter zur BelĂŒftung an den großen Fenstern. Durch den Durchgang mit Zwischenhof und die weitere Innenhoflage ist es mega ruhig - auch bei geöffneten Fenstern! und auch auf der Terrasse super entspannt. Der verfĂŒgbare Sonnenschirm muss allerdings mit etwas MitgefĂŒhl bedient werden ;-)

Excellent private place with great host

This is a small apartment that has it all and is close to train station and city centre. Public transport was great, except when there was a 48 hour busstrike and pre-election demonstrations. Had to walk a lot but otherwise no problem. Missing items at check in such as shower gel were immediately provided. Nice bottle of wine as welcome! Host very communicative.

Lovely all around

This was such a beautiful stay. The in-unit washer was a life saver. The building was very cool in the warm August weather and we always looked forward to getting back to this rental to recharge and rest. You have to check out Tiergarten and its gorgeous beer garden. Order the curry quest and rent a boat for a bit. Was hard saying goodbye to this cute spot and this wild city.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Garten ist das Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Manager ohne Probleme. Ich werde wieder dort bleiben, wenn ich nach Berlin zurĂŒckkehre.

Fabulous Stay

Such a lovely apartment that has been decorated in a very stylish and yet comfortable way. Lots of privacy, comfy and big bed, relaxing garden, washing machine with clothes rack, train station is walkable but a bit far and there is good variety of restaurants. Metro is close and the area is quiet, a reprieve from the tourist areas. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Thank you to our hosts. Marcia and Glenn

Wunderschönes Studio

Eifache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr sauberes Studio, alles was man braucht schon vorhanden. Wasser, Salz, Abwaschmittel etc. Bushaltestelle ca. 1 Gehminuten entfernt. Busse sind allerdings sehr unpĂŒnktlich, daher fast einfacher mit einem E-Scooter zum Bahnhof fahren (ca. 10min) Gerne wieder👍👍

Fahrradtouren rund um Berlin

Eine super schönes Studio, mit Terasse geschĂŒtzt durch Mauerwerk.Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Wasserkocher, Kaffeautomat , Toaster, Föhn usw . Nette Geste vom Vermieter ( eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein) DANKE Das Studio liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem eine Oase der Ruhe. FahrrĂ€der können im Innenhof abgestellt, das Studio 3 ist ebenerdig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Response time was good, communication during check-in was a little difficult, but we don't speak German, so that made it difficult for both parties. Parking seemed to be initially included, but then realized that in order to garner parking we could pay for the owners parking spot behind a locked gate, which was actually a good way to park the car ensuring we had a spot and it was protected. Owner quickly responded and came to ensure heating was fixed.
