Turkish hospitality in the heart of Berlin

It was a pleasant stay for us in suite room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome. There is a feeling of Turkish hospitality in its atmosphere, mostly when you take your tea from semaver and getting to the Turkish hamam and relax like kings. Farzad in reception was super nice and helpful guy. He managed our accommodation to be the highlighted night of our travel and helped us to make a quick walking tour.

The room was not cleaned and had a bad smell. I went to a store and bought freshners and cleaning products. The breakfast is good. It is a dog friendly hotel which is great and dogs are also allowed into the restaurant. Parking cost 25€ per night. Spa cost €20

Great, affordable hotel in a prime location. Would rate 5/5 however the gym is €20 per day and the breakfast is €25 per person per day if you want this. Would have expected the gym to be included and the breakfast option to be less expensive.

Nice Hotel, but Busy

It was a nice hotel. Very busy due to lots of conferences and there were really long queues at reception. Room was nice, great shower, bed comfy and all very clean. There wasn't enough tea and coffee and it didn't get refilled when the room was cleaned. Good location with the U-bahn and trams nearby. The spa isn't part of the hotel, it is a business next door and guests get a discount. We didn't get a chance to go though as there was so much to see in Berlin. Overall, pleased with the hotel, it is quite pricey for what it is, but I would stay there again I think.

Beautiful room well equipped handy for public transport and really helpful and friendly desk staff. The one thing that was an issue was the smoking area right at the front door. Our visit was marred by a convention of Paul Mitchell hairdressing professionals who regularly blocked the entire entrance in a thick fog of smoke which did spill into the building making it very unpleasant for other guests

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Germany

Great location, stay here! Couple of tram stops from the main station, easy to get to brandenburg & checkpoint Charlie, again a couple of stops on the underground. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had in Europe!
