L'Esse'capade is a cottage in the heart of rolling countryside, a haven of peace. It's a converted barn surrounded by a wooded and fenced park, a veritable green oasis.
The cottage is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: large, bright and spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo...), dining area, and a lounge area with a rustic yet modern theme, featuring two sofas, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV with Netflix and Canal+. High-speed Wi-Fi.
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom (with hairdryer).
Separate toilet. Pantry with washing machine.
Upstairs: mezzanine with office area

In fine weather, an enclosed garden reserved for guests and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet and dine al fresco. A plancha grill is available for your barbecues. Children's games are available ([hidden], ping pong table).
A secure 6m x 6m swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from July 1st to September 15th. This area is prohibited for alcohol consumption. The pool is heated by solar panels. Free entry and parking are separate from the owners.
A €65 cleaning fee is required, payable at the time of booking.
Firewood provided. Baby equipment (crib, changing table, high chair).

The cottage belongs to the commune of Bernay-Neuvy in Champagne. However, we are 2 km from the village, at a place called Esse.

Coming from Loué or Bernay (RD21), you will see two large chestnut trees; turn! We are 800 m further on your left.
