L'Esse'capade is a cottage nestled in the heart of rolling countryside, a haven of peace. It's a converted barn surrounded by a wooded and fenced park, a veritable haven of greenery.
The cottage is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: large, bright and spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo...), dining area, and a lounge area with a rustic yet modern theme, featuring two sofas, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV with Netflix and Canal+. High-speed Wi-Fi.

In sunny weather, an enclosed garden reserved for guests and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of outdoor dining. A plancha grill is available for your barbecues.
A secure 6m x 6m swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from July 1st to September 15th. This area is prohibited for alcohol consumption. The pool is heated by solar panels. Free entrance and parking are separate from the owners.
A €65 cleaning fee is required, payable at the time of booking.
Wood firewood is provided. Baby equipment (crib, changing table, high chair).

The cottage belongs to the commune of Bernay-Neuvy in Champagne. However, we are 2 km from the village, at a place called Esse.

Coming from Loué or Bernay (RD21), you will see two large chestnut trees; turn! We are 800 m further on your left.
