Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet

Welcome to Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet, located in the picturesque coastal town of Berrara. This charming holiday chalet is part of the Berrara Beach Chalets and offers a delightful retreat for up to five guests. With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a range of amenities, this chalet ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Shared Laundry facilities
- Guests are Required to supply their own firewood.
- No smoking inside the Chalet
- No pets allowed.
- No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable

Inside:
Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in an inviting open-plan space that combines the kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. The lounge area features two plush blue sofas, providing ample seating for relaxation. Just below the TV, you'll discover a collection of movies, books, and board games, perfect for cosy evenings spent indoors.

Continuing through the chalet, you'll come across a well-appointed shower and sink on the left, while the toilet is conveniently situated on the right. The two bedrooms are situated beyond the bathroom, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements and extra blankets for added cosiness.

For those cooler evenings, guests have the option to utilise the fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance to the chalet. Please note that guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.

Outside:
One of the standout features of this chalet is its veranda, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the water. Unlike the other chalets in the area, Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet offers undisturbed views without any obstructing trees. The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for alfresco dining, or simply unwinding amidst the serene surroundings. Additionally, guests have access to a BBQ, allowing for delightful outdoor meals and gatherings. This is the only chalet we have available with a fully fenced veranda with shrubbery surround it, providing privacy for you and your group whilst enjoying the views or just sitting back and relaxing.

As a guest at Berrara Lagoon Front Chalet, you'll enjoy quick and convenient access to both Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area, take refreshing swims, or indulge in a variety of water activities.

*Please note* that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Enjoyed our short stay, property needs mattress underlays .. bed is a hard and the bunks are noisy! Great with the aircon and fireplace. Perfect location.

7 Days at Berrara Chalet

Chalet was very comfortable. Location perfect. Enjoyed seeing all the kangaroos each day and looking out at the river. The Chalet was well equipped and very quiet and peaceful. Weather wasn't the best but drives to Milton and Ulladulla were good for shop browsing. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant location

The chalet had everything we needed for a comfortable 5 day stay. The abundant wildlife was ever-present & the view & access to the river & beach was second to none. My only issue was that the chalets are quite close together & that there was a large family group on either side of us & they were quite noisy at times. Apart from that minor issue it was an absolutely fantastic place for a family holiday.

Beautiful surroundings

We travelled from WA and arrived to no towels or sheets. The place smelt a bit mouldy. Also it would go a long way to throw in a tea bag, coffee sachets and some UHF milk. Having said that the surroundings were divine and the cottage itself was really lovely. It’s the extra touches that make a holiday special though

Great location by the river. Cabin ok.

My family and I had a nice stay in our chalet. The location is perfect and hard to beat with the sunsets and kangaroos. Perfect also for walking the family to the beach and swimming in the safe areas. The cabin itself was ok. Unfortunately, my son slept 2 nights on the lounge as the bunk bed would creek every time he moved waking himself and the rest of us up. Missed the BYO toilet paper also which became an issue as check in was 4pm and by the time we got to the shops it was closed. Also had to buy a dishwashing brush. For the price we won’t come back but glad we did it once.

Wildlife and fishing

Kangaroos and assortment of birds on the property, fishing right outside the accomodation. It was a stormy stay but we still enjoyed going to the shops, coffee shops, of Ulladulla, Milton and Sussex Inlet. A good stay overall.

Found it very relaxing and comfortable. Lovely outlook. Enjoyed seeing all the kangaroos and birds. Plenty of walks and close to the beach. Not far from Milton and Ulladulla if you need a shopping 'fix'. Cabin is well equipped and would love to come again.
