Berry Luxury Retreat is the perfect place to bring family and friends together of up to 23 guests.

The house has just recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard offering all the creature comforts that will ensure your stay will be hard to beat the next time you go away.

The most common feedback we receive is "the photos online just don't do the place justice"

We look forward to your booking with us, to experience a stay that is more than just special.

LOCATION
Located in beautiful Berry with only a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk into town. Set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acer block.

GUESTS
Berry Luxury Retreat is perfect for large groups of up to 23 people. Offering 7 Bedrooms and 3 main living areas.

HEATED POOL
Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the massive decking areas.

HOT TUB
Our hot tub is perfectly heated on your arrival to jump in and relax.

SAUNA
Totally unwind and relax in our outdoor garden 6 person sauna.

COLD THERAPY PLUNGE
Rejuvenate and be your best with our outdoor garden cold therapy plunge.


WOOD FIRE DINING
Our main attraction is the stunning wood fire oven and outdoor dining experience located in a private backyard setting accomodating 20 guests. Everything you need can be found including hot/cold sink and bar fridge.

UNDERCOVER BBQ & DINING
Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests.

FIRE PIT
Located in a secluded area of the backyard with firewood supplied.

KIDS PLAY GROUND
Located in a beautiful part of the backyard.

GAZEBO & WOODFIRE BBQ
Get back to the grassroots of cooking a BBQ over a wood fire BBQ or simply relax and chill out in the gazebo.

Perfect Berry Getaway

I’ve stayed in about a dozen properties around Berry, and this was definitely one of the best. All the little things (like the right amount of cutlery) and the big things (like the excellent pizza oven) worked together to make for a brilliant holiday.

Berry nice!

We had a fabulous time at Berry Retreat. The house is tastefully furnished and all the outdoor spaces really added to what was a relaxing weekend with some life long friends. We take a break as a group every year and this was one of the best properties we've stayed in thus far.

BEYOND AMAZING

From start to finish, our stay at the house was perfect. The property is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. The Property was very well appointed with great spaces for both adults and children. All home comforts provided and great amenities. Well located in quiet area. Heated pool and hot tub were a hit.. on a cool weekend. All enjoyed the stay and family celebration weekend with 10 adults and 6 children.

Amazing!!

We got married in the backyard and it was stunning! Beautiful location and such a beautiful house (inside and outside)! Kylie and Mark were incredibly helpful! Would definitely stay again!!

Luxury home away from home

A luxury home away from home that had everything we needed for a family holiday for all ages. The heated pool & spa was a bonus as we could swim in the middle of winter which added to our enjoyment. The home was spacious and had many special extras. Thanks for helping me enjoy a wonderful week with my family making special memories.
