Thermal water swimingpools in Basenova. Also good access to Jasna with many kilometers of ski roads. Good breakfasts.

Great hotel with private thermal pools
Luxury accommodation in hotel with private thermal pools. Access to very nice wellness in thermal aqua park included. Fresh towels and bathrobe every day. Spacious comfy room and bathrooms. Wifi works without problems. Great breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel. Rooms with direct access to pools can be great (we not stay in such a room).

Lovely place. Would definitely stay again.
Great little hotel with thermal pools. Nice staff. New hotel that is clean and modern. Since it is new there are few minor "growing pain" issues as staff get used to new systems and such but all handled and resolved wonderfully. Nothing to complain about.

Krátky pobyt ale výborný
Bol to rýchly návrat z východu na západ po svadbe u kamaráta, ale rozhodli sme sa “oddýchnuť si” po ceste domov v Bešeňovej. Využili sme našu bezplatnú noc v programe Silver cez Hotels, tak sme strávili príjemný deň a večer. Musím pochváliť pohodlnú izbu a skvelú posteľ, výborne sa spalo cez skvelé matrace. Hodnotím pozitívne aj raňajky, chutné.

Všetko super až na madrace
Na náš vkus príliš tvrdé madrace, nevyspali sme sa poriadne ani jednu noc inak všetko ostatne v poriadku spokojnosť

Pohoda, relaxace, velmi přívětivé.
Velice příjemné prostředí, personál hotelu byl úžasně vstřícný, všude čisto. Báječný výběr snídaňového i večerního menu, kdokoliv si může vybrat. Odpovídající standard, spíše lepší. Obsluha v lobby baru si zaslouží naší zvláštní pochvalu (pan Roman i ostatní). Soukromé bazény zajistí klid, aquapark je spíše pro děti. Velmi vhodné pro kratší relax, který se dá spojit i s nějakým výletem. Těšíme se na příště.
