Our rebuilt, 2 bedroom condo is located within 10 minutes walking distance from - Beach, tennis & pickleball courts, 12 heated indoor & outdoor pools, gym, restaurants and many more amenities...did I mention the beach? If you are a tennis or pickleball enthusiast, this place is in the perfect location!
Our condo has been completely remodeled and everything is brand new. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit has a Olympic queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2x twin size beds in bedroom#2, and living room sofa that unfolds to a full size bed to accommodate up to 5 people. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space will make you feel like you are in your 2nd home. Full size washer/dryer. Each room offers a Smart tv (don't forget to logout), large closet and a ceiling fan for those summer nights (AC is obviously also provided). Dinner on the deck or just relax for a bit after a day at the beach? Shaded by trees this deck is perfect for both even on the hottest days. Unit is meticulously cleaned after every rental by the best cleaning crew in town. Come stay with us!

- Linens, Towels, Basic soaps are provided to get you started, however they won't be

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Sea Colony. The unit was perfectly clean, it had everything we needed - and it didn't hurt that it was quite beautiful! The location was perfect for us - close to lots of pickleball and tennis as well as super easy to get to the beach. Ivan was incredibly helpful and communicative. It was a 10/10 stay! Thank you!

Pickle Dream Gem

Property was very clean, modern & well stocked with all the necessary items. Across from the beautiful pickle ball courts. Full size washer & dryer. Would definitely stay there again. Owner is great.

Beautiful

Our family stayed here for a week and didn’t want to leave. The condo was beautifully renovated, and had everything you would need to feel at home. It was modern, clean and cozy. Ivan was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. In fact, after we arrived he reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to renting this place again.
