Great stay at Sea Colony
We found the condo to be clean and well appointed. There were a few minor things that need some attention but I alerted vacasa and received a quick response. The 3 BDRs were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for a great weekend away.

Great family beach getaway!
This was our first time at the beach in Delaware and we were really impressed with the Bethany Beach area and Sea Colony as a place to stay! I was a little nervous that it would feel too big and be too crowded - but it's an extremely well-managed development and they keep the grounds and amenities in great condition. Being there during the pandemic, I was also really impressed with how respectful all the staff and other guests were with wearing masks, social distancing, only going one family at a time into the elevator etc.
The unit itself was fantastic: really spacious and with stunning views. We paid for linens to be provided and the towels were some of the softest we've ever used! We were also pleasantly surprised that some of the decor had been updated as well vs what you see in the vrbo listing pictures. There are now stainless steel appliances, new bedding in some rooms, and other new soft furnishings to update the space a little. Looks great!
Shower curtain liner and bath mat in en suite are stained and due to be replaced and the light in the other shower needs a cap to cover the bulb - but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!
