Five star reviews are coming as this newly built property is available for only a few weeks this 2024 season! You can expect to be wowed by this lovely property! Not only is it beautiful, it's convenient to everything!
Location Location Location! You'll be just steps away from beach access and a few blocks to the boardwalk where you'll find shops, Kohr's Frozen custard, Candy Kitchen, restaurants and weekly music at the boardwalk bandstand! The Boat House, just a five minute walk down the street, is a fun outdoor venue for food, drinks and live music. CVS, Dunkin and Beach Liquors are steps away as well. Everything is walkable if you choose to park your car during your stay. The extras don't stop there...
This unique location allows you access to all Sea Colony amenities, including pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and fitness centers for a nominal fee if you choose.
If you prefer to venture out by car, you are a short trip to Fenwick and Ocean City, Maryland or head north to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches for music, more restaurants and fun!

From the moment you step foot in this newly built home, you'll be greeted with exceptional touches to enjoy throughout your stay. The first floor boasts an open concept family room with coffee/wet bar and well equipped kitchen. A large covered deck is perfect for a morning coffee or to enjoy happy hour with the group. A grill area off the beautiful kitchen is perfect for the nights you choose to have dinner at home. The primary suite awaits you on the first floor and is perfect when seeking some quiet time. The second floor provides another master suite, queen suite and two additional bedrooms with two twin beds and one queen bed. A large bath with tub and shower can also be found on the second floor. The second floor also offers a beach office and coffee bar to enjoy before heading up to the sky deck for day time sunbathing or night time relaxing. The outdoor shower is perfect for cooling down after a long day at the beach! You'll want to make this your yearly vacation home!

The home was absolutely immaculate. It was the cleanest home I’ve ever stayed in Bethany. The pictures do NOT do it justice. My family and I had plenty of space (4 adults and 4 kids) with room to spare. It’s an easy walk to the town of Bethany and also to the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Family beach trip

Wonderful, clean and brand new home. Awesome location to beach and Bethany town. House did have a camera in the kitchen which we didn’t love but owner said we could put a post it note over it.
