Liked: Cleanliness
Everything was very clean and we felt immediately welcomed by an adorable letter board beside a bowl of snacks in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and, despite the lack of air conditioning, the temperature felt perfect inside and if we had wanted to cool off there was an openable window in the master bedroom. The board games (we had a blast with the spider-man monopoly) and coffee bar were a welcomed addition as well that we were thankful for! The area around the property is exceptionally beautiful and we had an amazing time driving on the scenic roads and walking downtown Bethel. Joey was a great host, very accommodating with good communication.

Liked: Cleanliness
The listing indicated Air Conditioning was provided, however, when we arrived, there is no AC. The host indicated that it was out of season for AC so it had been removed. Please note, it is a single AC unit, it is not a window unit nor a central AC. Additionally, the master bedroom does not have any windows to open, so the opportunity to get the breeze throughout the home is difficult. Additionally, there are 17 steps up to the main floor of the house. This is also not disclosed in the listing, please consider your ability to carry your luggage up the 17 steps. The house indicates that it sleeps 6, however, please note, there are only 2 stools for the small table in the kitchen. We were rescued on day 3 the weather turned cold and it was comfortable to stay. The house was really cool and nicely updated. The driveway is very narrow and you cannot pull all the way up to the door. So, be capable to carry your items to the house and up 17 steps. There needs to be additional lighting left on for next guest arrival.
