Summary:

Welcome to your home away from home in Bettendorf! This spacious apartment offers three bedrooms, including a King and Queen bed, plus a twin bed in the third bedroom with a dedicated work area. Enjoy the warmth of a gas fireplace and the convenience of a private balcony. With a heated two-car garage and in-unit laundry, you'll have everything you need. Located near sports, shopping, dining and the Isle Casino.

Our 3 bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. It is a roomy master suite and attached bathroom, with a spacious walk-in closet.



For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.



Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Enjoy the convenience of a private garage for parking. The apartment is located on the second level and is accessed via a covered stairway. You're welcome to come and go as you please, with no curfew, and check-in is easy with our smart lock.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that our property is not suitable for parties or large groups. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible living experience and maintain a high standard of quality. All our units are non-smoking, including the garage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM is available for a $50 fee, and check-out after 11:00 AM will incur a full night's charge. Late check-out without a fee may be arranged if the unit is not booked on the day of departure. One dog (50 lbs or less) is allowed; charges may apply.

Excellent experience! Old Man Winter extended our stay a few days over the holiday so we were able to enjoy this space a little longer. Host is great to work with and very accommodating. Will most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Comfy and clean

Pleasant stay for a long weekend visit to Palmer College of Chiropractic. Easy access and comfortable facilities. The 2 car garage with an opener is a plus!! I would recommend! We will likely be booking again next summer for graduation. Just a note for travelers. You may want to bring a few extra wash cloths for showering. Not a huge issue but just an FYI.

Was in the Quad Cities for our son’s college graduation. Only one comment, need to look at replacing the rug in the living room as the end is curling up and could be a trip hazard. Otherwise would stay there again.

The location was great for our stay in the QC. Entry was easy and well communicated. The condo was vacuumed and tidy but the bathroom floors were dirty along with other areas in the place. The main bedroom fan works but clicks terribly. If you’re sensitive to fragrance, do not stay here. The amount of air fresheners and “cover up” used was horrible. The listing was also misleading. It states there are 2 twin beds, but there was only one. I am unsure how this sleeps 6 without someone sleeping on the couch. Upon our return to the Quad Cities, we will look to stay elsewhere!

Pros and cons

Stay here for the convenience of the townhome’s location. There is a garage which is really nice for the raining days. Do not stay here if you want great communication With owners. Had to message for entry information when we arrived because nothing was sent before hand. The unit is newer but has large cracks in walls. We were never able to get the internet or television to work. Was told to connected the company myself. But since I’m not on the account or had any information on account they were unable to help rectify the problems. So if you need internet for work I would not recommend this unit. The unit was not cleaned very well so there was dog hair everywhere (this unit allows dogs). We came home one evening to water coming in through the living room light fixture. The owner was contacted and did call me to assure that someone would be over to look at it. We were also given the option of moving to a different unit. Just a tip for future guest, if you need to reset the router (the only advise I was given on a “maybe fix”) it is located in the small guest room behind the shelf with the games. We had to find it ourselves because owner did not know where it was. On more pro- the neighborhood seems safe and even had an ice cream truck that came around everyday at 4:00.

Great location, beautiful accommodations, disappointing communication

The location was great only 15-20 minutes to everywhere we went in the QC. The rental is beautiful and clean. The communication with the host was disappointing
had to reach out for check-in details which was desponded to promptly. Never received details on Wi-Fi usage despite multiple attempts.
