Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow our cleaners to prepare the home for the next guests.

No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or on the decks.

Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed to maintain the cleanliness and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It’s a peaceful area, and we want to keep it that way for everyone to enjoy.

Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is available for use but must be treated with care. No glassware in the hot tub area. Please shower before use, and no children under 12 allowed without adult supervision.

Fire Bowl: The fire bowl is for relaxation and enjoyment, but please ensure the gas is turned off after use.

No Parties or Events: While we encourage gatherings with friends and family, parties or large events are not allowed. The house is best suited for relaxing getaways, girls' trips, and family vacations.

Respect the Property: Please treat the home and all provided amenities as if they were your own. This includes the bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the guest.

Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the bins provided. Trash and recycling collection is every Thursday, so please place bins by the curb if your stay includes collection day.

Bartesian Cocktail Maker: Feel free to enjoy the Bartesian cocktail maker with the provided pods. You’ll need to bring your own alcohol and any extra pods you might want to use during your stay.

Safety: For safety reasons, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house.

Crystal Lake Access: While the house is just 90 steps from the lake’s public access, please be mindful that it is a shared space with other lake visitors. Enjoy the water, but leave it as clean as you found it.
