Villa Soleil Bleu is a beautiful two storey property with a large private terrace. Situated in Cap d'Agde near Richelieu beach and bordering the golf course/forest.
The villa consists of:

Downstairs:
Recently renovated kitchen with new tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, gas cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living room with two sofas and coffee table. smart tv / wifi

Upstairs:
One double bedroom with ample wardrobes and hairdryer
Second Bedroom with two single beds, dressing table and wardrobes.

Bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet
Possibility of an additional single bed for a child

Terrace with large table and chairs, awing, electric barbecue.

For Summer the terrace is shaded and cool. Very efficient mobile air conditioning unit.

a nice little place to stay, a little on the small side but everything was fine
overall a very enjoyable stay, amenities are all very close and only a few mins away , the place was very secure and you felt safe there, as the weather plays an important part of your stay and we was lucky with the weather going in October was a good call, the big opening doors on the patio was very good and the privacy you add was a really good too, just a couple of things the WFI was very poor there and very intermittent at the best of times , Sky box was not really working as no signal to English channels so a bit of a shame as could not see any sporting channels or programmes, Also the patio door lock was sticking a bit , more diff to lock than to open , having said that it was lovely there, lovely people, lovely beaches and restaurants to see,,,, We would certainly go back here and this particular villa too ,,,Kind regards Paul, Ann Boys

Really clean and functional. Great location. All local amenities within walking distance, beach, port, markets/shops. Big supermarkets 5 mins drive. No hesitation to recommend and hope to go back.

Personnes pour l'accueillement pour l'arrivée, propriétaire absent ( habite aux royaume uni et pas agent immobilier) ,pas de précision sur un courrier pour préciser ou sont les clés compris la télécommande pour rentrer dans le parking, ni le code de boitier(clés et télécommande) ou se situe sur la terrasse, personne pour faire l'état des lieux arrivée et départ, tablette de chocolat périmé datant du 15/12/2023 cela fait 7 ans qu'on vient au cap d'Agde c'est un endroit qu'on aime bien et cela fait la première fois qu'il nous arrives ça, plus jamais les pied dans cette résidence.(c'est nous qui avons appeler Abritel pour savoir comment on rentre sur le parking et ainsi les clés du studio, Abritel qui a appeler les proprio pour savoir ou sont les clés et ainsi la télécommande pour le parking, jamais les proprio nous on appeler, ni n'excuse de leur part de ce qu'il nous est arriver et pas de compréhension, (perdu 1h pour rentrer dans le studio et ainsi devant le portail en pleine chaleur).

Sejour au top, belle terasse propreté des chambre et salon, bon emplacement pas loin de lile des loisirs et plage on peut faire pas mal de choses a pied, bonne communication avec les proprio. Je recommande!

Je suis déçue par cette location, la propreté n'était pas optimale,presence de poils et cheveux sur les matelas.La piscine décrite sur l'annonce n'était pas ouverte.Le lit bébé était vieux et ne s'ouvrait pas...avec un bébé de 9 mois pas facile a gérer.L propriétaire me demande a la sortie de mettre les draps a laver mais absence de lessive...J'ai du en acheter.Tres cher pour beaucoup de désagréments

Ménage bâclé. (Four très très sale). Poêle et casseroles "hors d'âge.... Douchette à changer. Bouton porte douche cassé. Lit pliant avec un support de latte absent. Tout est à rafraîchir ...... Déception pour nous.
