THE FLAT:
Freshly redecorated, this very bright flat lives in the sunshine that bathes the living room from morning to evening. It features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a breathtaking view of the Grande Plage. The harmonious and fresh decoration that has been chosen and especially the layout of the rooms, which all communicate with each other, are particularly noteworthy. You will feel at home right away! Equipped with 2 dining tables that can seat 4 and 6 people and a small functional kitchenette, this pretty flat for rent in Biarritz is perfectly equipped and has everything you need to spend your holidays as if you were at home...

THE NIGHT CORNER:
COAST has a spacious suite with king-size bed and a charming en suite bathroom. Upstairs you can enjoy 2 comfortable rooms, both of which are equipped with velux for even more brightness!
One of them also features a flat-screen TV and a dressing room to make you feel more comfortable. In particular, we note the upstairs bathroom which is tastefully decorated in the image of the flat!

WHAT WE LOVE:
COAST remains one of our favorites thanks to its idyllic location; the large bay window overlooking la grande plage and the casino will offer you a different show depending on the weather, the seasons and the time of day, allowing you to contemplate the waves and the sublime sunsets of the coast, breathtaking!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The beach, the chic boutiques, the famous casino, the delicious restaurants and the multitude of cafés surround the COAST rental, so you only have to step outside the rental to find yourself in the heart of the charming city center of Biarritz. Leave your car at the dedicated parking space and enjoy an ideal position to move around on foot or by bike!

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
As a general rule, arrivals in the accommodation are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€
From 10pm to Midnight - 80€
From Midnight to 6am - 120€
From 6am to 8am – 80
