The spacious living and dining room spans 30 m2 and features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing comfortable additional sleeping space. From this area, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 7 m2 that offers a beautiful view of the sea. The first bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and includes an en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment also features a separate shower room with a bidet and WC, serving as the second bathroom. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
