ONE BEDROOM LUXURY APARTMENT EMI


The One Bedroom luxury apartments are located on the ground floor in the quiet residential area of Bibinje surounded by pine wood. With a total area of 36m2 to 38m2, they have a separate living area, one bedroom and can accommodate up to four people (ideal for a family with 2 children). All have a balcony with four chairs and a table with a view of garden. The apartments are very bright. The One bedroom apartments have individual air conditioning / heating, fully equiped kitchen with a dining table for four, and a bathroom with shower.
Our fully equiped kitchen's in luxury apartments are equiped with electric oven, combined gas-electric stove, microwave oven, big fridge, dish washer and complete set of utensils (blender/mixer, electric kettle etc.) There is a dining table for four in the kitchen/living room.

Living room (combined with kitchen) have a retractable queen size sofa bed which comfortably
sleeps two. There is a small table with a night light by the sofabed. There is also a mounted Smart Tv in the living room with choise of two sattelites (Astra and Hotbird) with over 900 channels available. Of course there is a free WI-FI available in the whole apartment.

Bedroom consists of queen size bed (with two night lights by the bed) and two closets.

Bathrooms are equiped with shower tub and have additional amenities like hair dryer, washing
machine, vanity mirror with light etc.

Barbecue is available free of charge in the garden.

Free private parking for 1 car is provided for this type of apartment in the frontyard (remote control gates entry).

We can provide a baby cot if needed (charge) and in this type of apartment additional bed is not possible.

Please note: we do not charge for final cleaning, but we do expect from You to clean the kitchen and wash dishes before Your departure, otherwise we will charge You for the final cleaning (E 30). We provide linens and towels (2) for each guest and in case of longer stay we change them weekly. Please bring Your own toiletries and detergents (dish washer tablets) for kitchen use.
