The staff were super friendly and helpful when we checked in. They asked us if we were going on any tours and gave us helpful information. The room was very nice and cosy. Very happy with our stay here.

Staff member at reception was friendly and efficient. Room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious and the view from our balcony was fabulous. Having the tavern next door was a bonus and we enjoyed a lovely meal after our walk to the blow hole.

The room was very clean & comfortable with an awesome ocean view! The location is close to shops, cafes, IGA supermarket, beach & walks, all in walking distance. Staff are very friendly, ensuring to communicate with us every step before we checking in.

Rooms were comfortable and had basis amenities required. Rug on the floor was very dirty and needs cleaning, skirting were very dusty. Shower very narrow. Disturbed by housekeeping an hour before check out and advised we were still there, 5 minutes later housekeeping tried to enter twice using the swipe card! No-one to greet us upon check out, just left key in the basket on the front desk.

Great location and easy walk to everything in Bicheno including the wonderful Whale trail. The onsite pub food was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities.

Room was adequate and clean. The online description led me to believe the rooms would have faced more to the sea but we had one overlooking the pool. It was fine as we were there only 1 night. An upgrade would have been another 80 dollars though!!!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is ideally suited for exploring the East Coast. There are plenty of good dining options and it is close to an IGA. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent, perfect for what we needed. The room was spacious and clean. We could park right Infront of our room, which made unloading/loading luggage very easy. Our only problem was checking in. We advised the time we would arrive, as we knew there was a limited window for check in. When we arrived another guest was being helped, so we waited patiently. The staff member finished up and walked back into the building without acknowledging us. I was abit perplexed. Walked to the door, knocked and was very abruptly told to go to the restaurant/bar in ten minutes to check in. We waited in our car. I went over to the bar, waited around, several staff (including the same lady) saw me and never said anything. I finally walked up to the bar and check in was really simple. Apart from that, everything was great

Fantastic beachside hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy, staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The Long Boat Tavern is a must visit. Food and service was 10/10. Highly recommended. Bicheno is a gorgeous place to visit.
