Its tree-lined garden, swimming pool and open-plan living areas make it the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, in the heart of the Basque Country.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A bright living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa, television and bookcase - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with a counter and stools - A dining table large enough to seat the whole family for a delicious meal
- An en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and sink - A bedroom with a queen-size bed and direct access to the garden through a French window - A bathroom with a shower and double sinks - A separate toilet

Upstairs: - A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, and a large dressing room. This suite opens onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view.
- A separate WC Outside: - Two terraces extend from the living area on the ground floor. - On the first terrace, you will find a dining table, a plancha grill and access to the heated swimming pool (5.5m x 2.5m, protected by a roller shutter, depth 1.4m)
- On the second terrace, you will find garden furniture. Designed for family life or a holiday with friends, it is above all space, light and quality materials that have guided the owners' design choices.
