Enter the property into the excellent well-equipped kitchen that has everything you will need to whip up exciting meals – when they’re ready, why not serve them up at a breakfast bar? The spacious living room is very comfortably furnished and leads into a large sun lounge/dining area with additional comfortable chairs to enjoy the wonderful views whatever the weather. The good size bedroom has fitted wardrobes with plenty of space and is adjacent to a large wet room with a power shower. Ideal for enjoying alfresco meals or just a quiet time in the sun, the large patio and fully enclosed lawned garden has garden furniture and a firepit/BBQ.
Within 0.5 miles of the centre of the village including two pubs, a restaurant, two takeaways and a post office, the accommodation provides a good base from which to explore the wonderful coastline in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including the nearby wide expanse of surfing sands at Westward Ho! (2 miles). You’ll also be well placed to visit pretty villages, such as Instow (3.5 miles) and Appledore (2 miles), as well as the delightful diverse countryside only a short drive inland.
