A home from home Chalet set in a lovely area on the Bideford Bay Holiday Park. It's the centre Chalet in a block of 3, nestled in a clearing at the bottom of a steep wooded valley with the Holiday Park Manor House bar/restaurant, fish & chippery and park amenities within a short & level walking distance. Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse, bar & restaurant. Wi-fi is also provided free at the Chalet. As this is provided by a data only router adverse weather conditions may occasionally impact the signal.
There’s a communal garden area laid to grass next to the adjacent Chalet with a wonderful sea view. I provide Portable picnic chairs & a picnic table for my guests use on this area.
The Chalet sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedded room, both bedrooms have electric wall heaters. The double bedroom has 2 small wardrobes & overhead storage cupboards, the twin bedroom has a small wardrobe. Both bedrooms benefit from under bed storage boxes for guests use. Please note the twin room beds each have a recommended max weight 120kg.
Bed Linen is included in the price.
The bathroom has an electric shower (no bath), WC, wash basin/vanity unit, shaver point and a heated towel rail.
The comfortable lounge offers a fabulous sea view. There is a 32 " flat screen wall mounted Smart TV/DVD player with a small supply of dvd’s provided for guests use. Heating is an LED wall mounted electric fire, a wall mounted oil filled radiator & a freestanding convector heater.
A well equipped kitchen, electric cooker, hob, & extractor fan. A microwave, toaster & fridge with a small freezer compartment. A cool box & freezer blocks for indoor chalet use.
There is no gas at the property therefore a carbon monoxide detector is not required. The property has a smoke detector, fire extinguisher & fire blanket. A first aid kit is also supplied. Electricity is included in the price.
No towels are supplied, however a tea towel, bath mat and initial starter pack of handwash, dishwashing liquid & cloth, bin liner & toilet roll are provided.
A clothes airer, iron, ironing board & hairdryer are provided for your use.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.
Refundable security/damage deposit of £50 required. Terms & Conditions will apply.
The price quoted & what you pay is for the Chalet accommodation only. Entertainment & leisure passes are required to use some of the Holiday Park facilities however you may enter the Manor House Clubhouse/purchase food/drink without the need of a pass. Their facilities are open from late March 2026 until early November. Entertainment passes are not included in the price, if required they can be purchased directly from the Holiday Parks Reception and are subject to their terms and conditions.
