The Space:

Tucked away in the heart of Devon’s unspoilt countryside, Dipple Farm Cottage is a charming yet modern holiday escape, perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Built of stone, it remains cool even during heatwaves, making it the ideal summer getaway.



Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, while the cosy lounge invites you to unwind in front of the TV and log burner after a day exploring the coast and countryside.



The inviting bedroom features a plush king-size bed, promising restful nights and lazy mornings.



The ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury with a bathtub, handheld shower, separate wall-mounted shower, wash basin and WC.



Outside, your own private landscaped garden and patio area await – complete with outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings. With open fields and an abundance of local wildlife on your doorstep, it’s a tranquil setting to reconnect with nature. If you're lucky and find a fully clear night, you'll even be able to enjoy the stunning spectacle of the Milky Way. What's more, Dipple Farm Cottage also has fishing rights on the river Torridge that runs through the private land - a nice feature.



There is also access to a fenced four-acre field, free to access to any guests staying at Dipple Farm Cottage. There is also access to a further 15 acres of flower meadow, rivers and woodland. This is ideal for letting your dog run around.

The keys to Dipple Farm Cottage are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Dipple Farm Cottage per reservation.

For nature lovers, the nearby Hartland Peninsula and South West Coast Path offer unforgettable walking and wildlife experiences.



The nearest train station to Woolfardisworthy is Barnstaple. From Barnstaple, you can take a bus to Woolfardisworthy. Barnstaple Train Station has direct services operating to locations across Devon including Crediton and Exeter.
