Summary:
Located just a 10-minute walk to the seafront, this modern two bedroom home makes the ideal coastal getaway. You’re situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Westward Ho! yet close to all the town’s best amenities - pubs, restaurants, cafes, parks and beaches galore. After busy days, head home to your cosy space for homecooked dinners and film nights in front of the TV. When the weather’s nice, relax in the sunny garden and get the BBQ going. Find free parking outside the property.

The Space:
If you’re looking for a well-maintained, clean and spacious home for a relaxing coastal break, look no further. When you’re not out exploring, settle into your cosy home. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining room with two sofas, a smart TV with apps and doors leading out into your garden. Please not that the televisions throughout do not have terrestrial television but all of the usual channels are available via the apps. Next door, rustle up delicious homecooked meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need - including a coffee machine and microwave. When it’s sunny, head out into your private garden for barbecue dinners and stretch out on the comfortable outdoor corner sofa.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that sleep five in total. The master has a double bed and a 32” Smart TV. Meanwhile next door, there are bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top. There is also a 32” Smart TV in here. Both share a family bathroom with shower over bath. Find two parking bays outside the property.

Guests have access to the whole house and garden.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a family-friendly cul-de-sac with a children's play park just next door and only a stones throw from the local amenities, you have the best of both worlds. Westward Ho! beach is just a 10-minute walk, boasting over 2 miles of golden sands. It’s the perfect destination for surfers, swimmers and sunbathers alike. In addition, the Royal North Devon Golf Club is also just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive so you’re perfectly situated.

There is plenty of entertainment for children and adults, whether it’s rockpooling, surfing, playing Crazy Golf or riding Go Karts. Walkers and cyclists can set off for miles straight from the door, following the South West Coast Path in either direction.

A 10-minute drive will take you to even more local attractions including Big Sheep and the Ultimate Adventure Centre. Plus, other lovely attractions in the area include Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay. You can also get The Oldenburg from Bideford Quay to Lundy Island. Getting Around:
The house is ideally situated so you can walk to most of the local amenities. There are also a number of local buses that run throughout the day to the surrounding area if you don't wish to use or bring your vehicle.

Short break
This was lovely clean property for our short stay in Westward Ho! It had everything we needed and parking was close by. The only thing we didn’t have was the weather.
