The Stables is a recently refurbished annex in a quiet residential area. You will have the whole property to yourselves with a private outdoor area for relaxing in and parking on site. The accommodation comfortably sleeps upto 3 people with a main double bedroom and a small double sofa bed. Situated just 5 minutes from the glorious Westward Ho! beach. It is also within walking distance of Bideford town which has many quaint cafes, the Burton art gallery, Victoria park and the traditional Pannier Market which hosts many special events.
Conveniently located on the SW coastal path The Stables is an ideal location to for hikers wanting to explore the area. If biking is more to your taste the Tarka trail - a 180 mile figure of eight path - is just a 10 minute cycle away. Once on the trail you can bike along a (mostly) tarmacked surface either towards Barnstaple or Torrington in the other direction.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road with routes running regularly to all surrounding areas.
If you are wanting to explore a little further a field then we have the popular beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde to the north and Bude to the south within a 40 minute drive away. Dartmoor and Exmoor are also within easy reach for days out.
