This superb holiday home offers luxurious accommodation in the quaint, waterside village of Appledore, just a few steps from the quayside and a short drive from popular attractions, theme parks and beaches. Offering comfort and quality for groups of family or friends with two dogs in two, the property is perfectly positioned for exploring this delightful corner of North Devon. Across the river is Instow, reached via a short drive (6 miles) or the passenger ferry (seasonal). Here you’ll find sand dunes, an estuary beach, more pubs, and a lovely delicatessen/cafe to pick up treats before you head out for the day. The port town of Bideford is just 2 miles with its weekly pannier market. Westward Ho! with its vast sandy beach, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde are all within 30 miles, while the family theme parks of The BIG Sheep (4 miles) and The Milky Way (11 miles) are both worth a visit.
