Overall it is very nice. Nice showers and rooms, couches a bit stained but bearable. The place is fully loaded with just about everything you need. The house is central to everything we were doing. Its an easy walk to the Village, and the Marina's. (The map is deceiving, its really closer than it looks.) The house is kept up very well, nothing broken and even has a record player with albums. The place has lots of games etc to keep the kids busy (assuming you have some). The BBQ grill is clean and ready to use. The dishes and pots and pans were of good quality. The only drawbacks were lack of AC, we brought a fan but it was too hot and we could not sleep well. And TV choices were too limited. Yes we wanted to relax and watch some TV in the evening, but for us, there was nothing worth watching which was very frustrating. Luckily someone from a prior stay had not logged out so we were able to watch some things, but overall it was a bummer in that respect. That being said, I highly recommend the place, just plan accordingly if you are going in the summer.
