Welcome home to our Golden Lodge. This serene and sophisticated exquisite log-style cabin retreat seamlessly blends vintage charm with modern comfort.

Situated in a central location within Big Bear Lake. This property offers an ideal mountain retreat for those seeking either relaxation or convenient access to local attractions. Its proximity to destinations such as Big Bear Mountain Brewery, the Alpine Mine Shaft Coaster, and the shore of Big Bear Lake, along with a short four-minute drive to The Village, enhances its appeal.

Guests are invited to extend their stay and take advantage of the invigorating mountain air, perhaps while unwinding in the outdoor hot tub or the indoor jetted spa bathtub. The cabin provides ample space and entertainment options for our guests.

Big Bear Valley presents a diverse array of activities throughout the year. Its location is minutes away from renowned skiing and snowboarding facilities, the scenic Big Bear Lake, and The Village, where a variety of dining establishments, nightlife venues, entertainment options, and local shops can be found.

The living area is designed for your comfort and relaxation. You'll find a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up on cooler evenings.

For seating and lounging options, we have a comfortable queen-sized sleeper couch, a chaise lounge, and soft throw pillows readily available.

Entertainment is readily accessible with a Smart TV that allows you to Chromecast or AirPlay from your personal accounts on various streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, among others. The television also comes with a soundbar and subwoofer to enhance your viewing experience.

We hope you enjoy this space during your stay.

We want to ensure you feel right at home during your stay with us. Our fully equipped kitchen is designed with ample counter space, providing all the amenities you might need. You'll find a full set of stainless-steel pots and utensils, along with a toaster, microwave, blender, a tea kettle, and even an electric hand mixer, allowing you to prepare your own meals and snacks with ease.

In addition to the kitchen, we are pleased to offer an expansive coffee and tea, whether you prefer the convenience of a Keurig with variety of flavors, we have you covered. We also provide a coffee grinder, a variety of Keurig pods, an assortment of loose teas, and traditional tea bags. We hope you enjoy these added comforts during your time with us.

In addition, the cabinets contain a full complement of tableware, including plates, bowls, tumblers, coffee cups and wine glasses. For ease of meal preparation, the kitchen is also stocked with basic cooking essentials.

Just wanted to provide a bit more detail about the bedrooms at the property. Both bedrooms are equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, featuring Smart TVs for streaming, luggage racks to help keep things organized, plenty of hangers in the closets, full-length mirrors for your convenience, and vanity mirrors in well-lit areas. We've also included extra blankets and a generous supply of pillows to ensure everyone sleeps soundly. For added comfort, each bedroom has an air purifier.

The main bedroom, which you'll find conveniently located just off the kitchen, offers a private spa-like bathroom for added luxury. Inside, you'll find a very comfortable and spacious queen-sized bed, as well as a separate full-size daybed with a trundle bed underneath, making it a versatile space. There are two Smart TVs in this suite – one in the bedroom itself and another in the attached bathroom. We've also provided extra pillows here, along with a handheld garment steamer and an iron for your use.

The secondary bedroom is situated off the main living area and features a full over full-size bunk bed. This room offers a good degree of privacy and includes some fun entertainment options. You can enjoy playing the Classic Pac-Man Arcade game or relax and watch your favorite shows on the adjustable TV, which can be positioned to comfortably view from either the top or bottom bunk.

We've paid close attention to the details to ensure your comfort during your stay.

In the primary bedroom, the en-suite bathroom offers a private spa-like experience. You'll find an oversized jetted bathtub where you can unwind and relax. The shower is equipped with an adjustable handheld showerhead for your convenience. We also provide bathroom with deluxe towels, along with thoughtful amenities such as Q-tips and cotton rounds. You won't need to worry about toiletries as we have supplied plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The guest bathroom is also well-appointed, featuring a convenient walk-in shower. Similar to the primary bathroom, you will find plush luxury bathroom towels and an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and black makeup towels.

For added comfort during cooler times, both the primary and guest bathrooms are equipped with overhead ceiling heaters, allowing you to create a warm and cozy environment.

If you are staying with young children/s. Therefore, we strongly advise that you do not leave your child or children unattended at any time during your stay. Your vigilance and supervision are essential for their safety.

As part of Big Bear City compliance requirements, we are required to verify the identity of the primary renter before check-in. Please note:
‱ The name on your government-issued photo ID must match the name on the booking.
‱ The primary renter is the person who reserved the property and paid for the rental fees/security deposit. This person must be present for the entire stay and is responsible for all guests in the group.
‱ A valid photo ID and valid phone number must be submitted and verified before we release check-in instructions and key details.

To finalize your reservation and secure your booking, we kindly require confirmation that you have acknowledged and agreed to these rules.

We have an electronic lock on our house. We will send you the code prior to your arrival or will be provided by the Big Bear Lake compliance agent at check-in on face-to-face check-in.

Kindly note that any violation of the agreed-upon property rules will be grounds for immediate termination of your stay, and you may be asked to vacate the property.

Just a reminder to please plan accordingly regarding parking. We only have space for two cars to be parked in the driveway. Unfortunately, there is no street parking or any additional parking facilities in the immediate vicinity. Please also remember that the driveway is paved.

Please be aware that for security and liability purposes, as well as to monitor occupancy and ensure adherence to property policies, there are surveillance cameras located at the driveway, entrances and side premises of the property.

Kindly note that these cameras are positioned exclusively on the exterior of the premises. The footage captured remains private and will only be used as necessary for the aforementioned reasons. We want to assure you that these cameras are situated in public areas and do not infringe upon any reasonable expectation of privacy.

Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing these cameras is strictly prohibited. Any such actions may result in the immediate removal of the guest(s) from the property and the forfeiture of all amounts paid.


This is a friendly reminder regarding our snow removal services during the winter months. Please note that our services will be activated once there is an accumulation of 4 inches of snow.

We also want to inform you that there isn't a specific time our team will arrive for snow removal. Due to this, guests may need to clear snow from pathways and driveways in the interim.
We also suggest considering travel insurance to provide coverage for unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as road closures or severe weather events.
