Below average accommodations

The overall space was nice. But cottage needs some major rehab. Patio was large. Yard needs major attention. Mostly dirt and rocks. No lighting. Downstairs flooring to kitchen starting to buckle was concerning. Kitchen small galley style. Lacked everyday utensils, pots and pans. Service for 8 but restricted to 6 guests. Four bedrooms but only 6 guests? Beds very soft. All furniture needs to be replaced. Stairs to second floor steep and narrow. Bathrooms semi updated with new tile showers (no bath tub) but no anti-slip mats so very slippery floors. No towel bars. Property management lacking most of the time and difficult to get in touch with when needed. Instructions for staying and departing incomplete. Would grade as a C-.
