The property is definitely a newer facility that is well maintained. The breakfast in the morning can get busy but there are plenty of options to choose from. it is very accommodating for pets. The staff was friendly and there is plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great family experience and definitely somewhere we would stay again in a future trip to Big Bear.

Front Desk charged extra $29.06 for parking. I requested her to validate the parking, but she refused. I asked her if I speak to the general manager & I was told general manager is unavailable. Also, the room 351 was located near lumber yard. Woke up at 6am due to loud forklift, 18 wheelers & other construction equipment noises.

This was a super clean hotel!!! We had a corner room and it was huge, the staff was so friendly and it seemed as if the hotel staff never stopped cleaning or helping guests. I was very happy with our stay and do recommend it to others. I actually am looking forward to staying here again.

HIDDEN FEES! Charging $29 dollars for parking after paying for our room was not nice! They stopped the airlines for squeezing every last dollar from their guest's wallets...perhaps they'll do the same with Hilton...

The images on the website are misleading. The property is quite far from the waterfront. The staff were amazing and very helpful. But the quality of room (fixtures etc) was subpar. Lastly, the sink ran cold water until you take a shower which does have hot water and then the sink has hot water. Mess up the sequence and you will be waiting a long time. The quality of service though - world class.
