Good morning, We unfortunately left an Apple Watch somewhere inside the Moonridge cabin, as the “find my watch map” screenshot shows. In case someone writes you about it and wants to mail it back to us, please let us know and we will pay for the shipping.

Thin walls
Location was amazing, chalet was nice but not ski in/ski out. It’s across the parking lot from The lights. Walls are really thin. I could hear the upstairs neighbors trounce around all night. I’d recommend getting the upstairs unit. But for the price and location, I’d you’re coming to ski the location can’t be beat

Anniversary weekend get away
Very unhappy with the property what we saw online. Looks like the property was Photoshop for the bedrooms, the family rooms, the bathroom and kitchen all of it being there was not the same what we saw online. Everything was pretty old looking kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. There was cobwebs along the kitchen, window seal. Very disappointing we left one day early. We didn’t even stay our last night headed home. Could enjoy our anniversary weekend. Be very careful with this property the pictures online very deceiving.

Waiting on refund
Massive weather event shut down all roads to the property for 10 days. Was not allowed to drive there and never enjoyed the property. Owner would not offer any kind of discount on the pre charges rate, but did promise to refund the sizable cleaning fee since it remained vacant and obviously was not needing to be cleaned. But as of yet have not received the refund.

Horrible communication with host
This place is mids. It’s very close to the bear mtn resort but host is hard to communicate with. He offered a parking pass which I paid for via Venmo. I never received parking pass or instructions on how to use it. He never responded to my requests for information about parking even after sending them screenshots of my payment. The place is stocked with the bare minimum. The TV and heater did not work. Pretty horrible considering it was Super Bowl weekend and literally freezing cold outside. I asked for a refund on my parking, never heard back but they did ask me to write a review. So here I am. Me. Host of ur reading this send me back my parking $.
