One-of-a-kind 5,000 SF 3BR, 3 1/2 BA, cedar-sided Lodge on 65 acres with the private 6 acre Grass Lake. Includes the amazing 1,000 SF 1 BR, 1 BA adjacent Carriage House. Just The Lodge can be rented but not just The Carriage House. All new exterior look for both as of Summer, 2024! Announcing Pickleball court coming Spring of 2026!

On your own 6-acre private Grass Lake. Amazing views of two lakes! 65 amazing acres with over 2+ miles of private hiking/snow shoeing/cross country skiing trails. Great fishing (Lake is stocked) loaded with Bass, Crappie, Northern Pike and Panfish with dock and use of low-tech fishing boat provided complimentary. Plus a paddle board, canoe and two new kayaks...all included. Large Master Bedroom with King Bed, heated floors in bathroom and private deck, upper level large Bedroom with new King Bed and third with three comfortable beds...two Full and One Twin. Two other pull-out couches. Two blow up mattress beds just in case. Lodge can sleep 12 comfortably depending upon make-up of group and up to 14 with adjacent Carriage House. Gourmet kitchen, dining and family room with incredible sound system throughout the house and outdoors. New Wifi throughout. Screened-in porch and dining deck with new table with10 chairs with grill overlooking both lakes. Indoor bar and Outdoor covered bars area named “Grass Lake Tavern”. "Game Room" with new pool table, new ping pong, shuffleboard, putting green, sound system, TV, kitchenette and comfortable seating area. Two fire pit areas with outdoor music. New hot tub! Outdoor games include basketball net, horseshoes, new corn hole and many other fun games. Garage parking for two cars. Dogs allowed with approval from owner (no cats as owners are allergic).

Adjacent Carriage House of 1,000 SF 1 BR Queen plus Pull-Out Queen Couch, Kitchen, Dining Room and living plus spectacular views of two lakes from private deck. Available in a separate listing in our third party platforms and/or ask the Owner. This listing is for The Lodge only. The Carriage House cannot be rented on it's own. Wifi available in the Carriage House as well. Carriage House is NOT booked with others while Lodge is rented. Thank you.

Perfect for families, friends, corporate retreats, reunions, couples and Ferris State University groups. For families whose kids are learning from home, this can be your second home with Wifi for the kids and parents who may also need to work or learn from "home". We do ask that our guests refrain from streaming movies and gaming.

Grass Lake Lodge’s housekeepers clean and disinfect after each stay to a very high level.

Beautiful property! Beautiful house!Enjoyed everything about our stay. Master suite is huge. Spent a lot of time in the game room downstairs during the mid day heat. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge and the Carriage House. We spent lots of time on the patios and decks just relaxing and enjoying the peace. We did the massage and executive chef experiences and they were just fantastic. This location is in a nice small town, but within an easy drive of Grand Rapids and Michigan Adventures amusement park - lots to do!

We had a group of friends stay for a long weekend to enjoy some fishing, games and relaxation. This was the perfect place for that! This is a fantastic property! We had our children (and significant othersand grandchildren stay for a family bonding experience. The property is set up for endless activities: walking trails, fishing, kayaking, games, campfires, and more. Highly recommend and plan to come back. Owners and caretakers are outstanding.

Awesome Vacation

We had a great time. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to help prepare meals. The bedrooms were nice. The great room had a wonderful view of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the swimming, kayaks and boats. The game room was used by all. We have already booked another week for next summer.

Fantastic city getaway

Grass Lake lodge is a beautiful, peaceful oasis, the perfect place to soak in nature and have great meals and laughs. We loved everything especially the paddle boats, game room and the stunning views.

We had such an amazing time during our stay at Grass Lake Lodge. My fiancé and I celebrated a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend with our close friends and all of the amenities made it the perfect lake weekend getaway to celebrate our upcoming marriage! We grilled out, swam, fished, kayaked, enjoyed the hot tub, and played lots of games. 10/10 would recommend! Bob was so kind and made us feel so welcome. I'd love to return one day with our future kids!

A truly special place

We had a wonderful stay at Grass Lake Lodge, it was a perfect getaway to unwind in an amazing natural setting. Our dogs enjoyed the hiking trails immensely! The Lodge is beautiful and the owners attended to every detail to make us comfortable.
